Over 3 days we will explore Movement Re-education (350) to improve structural alignment as it relates to optimal function, releasing behavioral compensations and becoming more comfortable on the midline and in the midfield where learning is natural, easy and pleasurable. Edu-K is intrinsically a non-intrusive process that recognizes that each person’s adaptation to his or her life experience is part of a complex and personal pattern. The Brain Gym work has proven its value as a tool for release of stress and postural compensations and for the re-establishment of whole brain living and learning. Class size is limited. Participants must attend all 3 days.

You will learn and practice:

  • Spindle Cell technique
  • Golgi Tendon Organ Release
  • Core Alignment
  • Structure-Function Evaluation
